Today we revisit a topic we covered a bit ago, cardio! We breakdown methods we use to get low-intensity steady state done in fun and engaging ways. LISS is critical to building a nice base for aerobic capacity. Unfortunately for most people especially the high intensity hamsters, this can get pretty boring.
