Women’s Strength with Sarah Revenig!

In this episode we introduce Sarah Revenig of Soho Strength Lab. She talks a bit about how she got started in the industry and we tackle some common myths surrounding women’s strength training. We covered a bunch of topics in this one such as getting “bulky”, differing joint angles, changes during pregnancy, and how menstrual cycles can impact your training.

Sarah is a competitive weightlifter & coach, pre/post natal certified, coaches the women’s strength & conditioning class at SSL’s Fieldhouse & has recently launched her blog sarahmusings.
