Quarantine tip: Setting up the week.

Happy Monday! Today I moved from the desk to the couch.


Setting myself up for the week by adding appointments to my calendar for things like workouts, calling the family even fun things like taking the bike or drone out for some exploring.

This does a couple of things for me. It sets boundaries for work & life and hold me accountable to getting tasks done on time so I can enjoy some time for myself. It’s too easy these days to get sucked into a vortex of “business”.

I write out everything I want to get done in the week then assign just ONE task as priority for the day. This can motivate you because it’s pretty easy to get ONE thing done right?.

Draw the lines in the sand so you know where you stand.
